Whats a good product to take to loose weight and gain muscle?
I want to loose a good amount weight but also gain muscle at the same time.
Yes i am going to be working out
Im not looking to take diet pills i want to take more of a shake

forget pills. cheating never pays off. If you want to loose fat and gain weight (and keep it that way without continuing to pay for pills) do it the old fashioned way. and it will be well worth it.

speed up your metabolism:
run everyday for 30 minutes. (walk when you need to, but begin running as soon as you can)

eat 6 small meals a day, instead of three large ones.
cut out as much sugar and unnecessary fat as possible (ketchup, ranch, cheese)
eat lean meat (white meat chicken, turkey, fish)
eat plenty of carbs (bread, pasta, oatmeal) which will be your source of energy for working out.

in addition to running (aerobic exercise will be essential for loosing weight, otherwise, if you gain muscle, you won’t be able to see it).. in addition to running, find some ab exercises, arm and leg exercises, and that will bulk up your muscles.
