How can I loose weight and gain muscle?

I barely started going to the gym two weeks ago and I want to know what foods and wut excersises can help me loose weight and gain some muscle?

well you can’t do both because muscle adds weight on but if want to build muscle you should do 4 lifts. They should be core lift such as bench(chest), squat(legs), military(upperbody), and hex(back and hips). You should do 2 core lifts a day one for the upperbody and one for the lower body. You should do 4 sets each of 8 reps. Try to start out on low eight and add weight each set.

If you want to lose weight do some cardio such as swimming and running.

    You need to get yourself soar, really sour and keep being soar for weeks at a time.

    Walk or run 3 times or 4 times a week, Do some Sit ups for your tummy, Push Ups for your arms and chest area, Squats for your but and legs, and lunges on each leg for your but and legs( increase the amount of times you do these exercises daily) for eg if you did 2 x 10 sit ups daily the next day do 2 x 15 daily and same for everything else
