<br />If you are a beginner, you can lose weight and gain a little bit of muscles at the same time. You can&#8217;t lose weight and gain A LOT of muscle quickly though. You have to choose a path. You either lose weight, or pack on weight to build muscles.<br />

<p>In order to gain more muscles, you need to gain weight. In order to gain weight, you need to have calorie surplus. In order to lose weight, you need to be on a calorie deficit. Muscles don&#8217;t grow when you are on a calorie deficit unless you have never worked out before.</p>

<br />Your workout looks good as well as your nutrition. To answer your question, you can lose body fat, which will increase your lean body mass.</p>

<p>I barely started going to the gym two weeks ago and I want to know what foods and wut excersises can help me loose weight and gain some muscle?<br />
<br />well you can&#8217;t do both because muscle adds weight on but if want to build muscle you should do 4 lifts. They should be core lift such as bench(chest), squat(legs), military(upperbody), and hex(back and hips). You should do 2 core lifts a day one for the upperbody and one for the lower body. You should do 4 sets each of 8 reps. Try to start out on low eight and add weight each set. </p>
<p>If you want to lose weight do some cardio such as swimming and running.</p>

<p>Whats a good product to take to loose weight and gain muscle?<br />
I want to loose a good amount weight but also gain muscle at the same time.<br />
Yes i am going to be working out<br />
Im not looking to take diet pills i want to take more of a shake<br />
<br />forget pills. cheating never pays off. If you want to loose fat and gain weight (and keep it that way without continuing to pay for pills) do it the old fashioned way. and it will be well worth it.</p>
<p>speed up your metabolism:<br />
run everyday for 30 minutes. (walk when you need to, but begin running as soon as you can)<br />
eat 6 small meals a day, instead of three large ones.<br />
cut out as much sugar and unnecessary fat as possible (ketchup, ranch, cheese)<br />
eat lean meat (white meat chicken, turkey, fish)<br />
eat plenty of carbs (bread, pasta, oatmeal) which will be your source of energy for working out.</p>
<p>in addition to running (aerobic exercise will be essential for loosing weight, otherwise, if you gain muscle, you won&#8217;t be able to see it).. in addition to running, find some ab exercises, arm and leg exercises, and that will bulk up your muscles.</p>

I have a wii apparently they can make you loose weight but have no clue how<br />
<br />When  you are losing  weight,  you should exercise and diet  together.<br />
If  you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite,  which<br />
will  lead  to  increase  of  weight, or muscle grow<br />
underneath  the  fat  layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without<br />
exercising,  you  will  become  flabby  and will have excess skin. For<br />
diet,  go  wheat  free.  No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food<br />
after  7  p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on<br />
your  initial  weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If<br />
you  don&#8217;t  eat  wheat then you don&#8217;t eat all those sticky, fatty goey<br />
cakes,  you  don&#8217;t eat junk food, and you don&#8217;t eat biscuits. But your<br />
diet  is  still  balanced.  It  costs  nothing, and you do not have to<br />
calculate  points  or  to  buy special meals or plans. For exercising,<br />
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the<br />
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a<br />
lot,  walk  first  or you may have health complications (heart attack,<br />
disjointed  bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target<br />
your problem areas for men and women. It&#8217;s not necessarily to become a<br />
bodybuilder or even join a gym &#8211; a couple of dumbbells will help you<br />
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).</p>

I am interested in sliming down and gaining muscle. Currently, i am 6&#8217;2 in height, and i weight about 120 pounds. I would like to loose some pounds and gain muscle. What is the best way of doing this. I know that you have to eat well, fruits vegtables, etc., and you have to excerise. But, what supplements should i take pre and post work outs, and what are some really good work out to slim down your thighs? Thanks in advance!<br />
<br />You can&#8217;t lose weight and gain muscle. Muscle weighs more than body fat.</p>
<p>But you should start running.<br />
My friend started running, and she looks like a Victoria&#8217;s Secret Model. No exaggeration. She weighs more though, because of her muscle. The funny thing is, you would never guess her weight becauseshe looks so tiny but she has muscle weight.</p>

<br />The key is to notice how heavily you are breathing.  If you can carry on a conversation with someone while you are working out (aerobic) and not be out of breath, you are burning mostly fat.  If you are too out of breath to talk to someone, you are burning sugar.  That won&#8217;t help you loose weight.  This principal is a very general one that applies to all sorts of cardio exercises.  Running, walking, biking, swimming, climbing stairs, hiking, jumping rope etc.  Just remember to breathe and talk.</p>

I weigh approximately 102 lbs. When i loose the weight i would also like to gain some muscle so i can be a stronger and better athlete!<br />
<br />You can have anything, you can&#8217;t have everything. What are your priorities? Are you planning to compete or go for athletic scholarship? Then you will lose study time and social time. My idol is someone who was a teacher-for-life, but he was only a teacher for three years, then he was killed. The few moments of peace he had were spoiled by one of his best friends, who thought the guy should be working even harder. and enjoying less.</p>
